Abstract

|
|
Monoclonal anti-A, and anti-B and anti-O(H) antibodies were compared with anti-A and anti-B antisera of human origin and anti-O(H) of Ulex extract in respect of specificity for human and animal red cells. The monoclonal antibodies had higher specificity than those of human origin and lectin, and are suitable reagents for the blood grouping of blood stains.
